The motorcycle shop has been here since 1998.
I have worked professionally in shops, or as shop owner since 1984. I primarily worked on Harley-Davidson motorcycles, everything from service to engine building and custom fabrication. I am done with that. I mention it so that if we are going to do business you have the benefit of knowing you will be treated right and you can have peace of mind that I know what I am doing.
Part of being highly experienced is knowing that I do not, and will not, work on everything. That is why you fill out the service request form. When I receive the form I research what you want worked on and make a decision from there.
As a general rule I don’t work on trikes, quads, side by sides, or anything else that takes a lot of space. I don’t work on sport bikes with fairings. Basically I work on small displacement everyday kind of basic transportation type motorcycles.

FAQ’s
What is your shop labor rate?
My shop labor rate is $75 per hour with a $40 minimum. This is a very reasonable rate considering most big shops are over $150 per hour and many smaller shops are $100 per hour.
I contacted you, you said you would work on my motorcycle, what’s next?
We will have worked out a time for you to bring your bike in, so you will need to drop it off.
There is no “Service While You Wait.” It is also expected of you to show up for your appointment close to the arranged time.
What are your hours of operation?
Generally I am here from:
11:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
11:00am to 3:00pm Saturday.
I understand people have to work and what not, so if those hours are not good for you, we can probably work out hours that are convenient for you.
What kind of turn around time should I expect?
Most regular jobs are a day or so. My goal is to get your job done as soon as possible. I usually have some kind of accurate estimate of time after looking at the job when you drop it off. Things that could slow jobs down would be getting parts, or perhaps some unexpected complication. Normally things go pretty smoothly and as planned, but if things go sideways I always call and inform you of whats going on.
Do I get a cost estimate of the job?
Yes. I usually always have a rough, but fairly accurate estimate of the job when you drop it off and I look at it. Should something unusual come up I always call and let you know what is going on, and if it is something big you are welcome to come and look at what it is and we can make decisions from there. I don’t like surprises and I extend that courtesy to my customers.
What types of payment do you except?
Currently I accept cash, checks and very soon Paypal, which I believe is all credit and debit cards and possibly more. I really don’t know yet because I have almost no clue how the point of sale device works yet. I can however invoice you thorough Paypal on a computer.
Google says ” This Is Just A Warehouse”
Google has been a huge annoyance from constant spam calls, to fake reviews both good and bad. Google also has a practice of allowing businesses to use their API and create “phone book like sites” that only creates more spam and unwanted calls etc… I also don’t and won’t agree to their terms of service or having them steal and sell my data.
